Empower Wrestling is the brain child of Emmy Award winner Caitlin Statkus, a 20+ year veteran of the television industry.  It exists as a platform to help showcase new and developing young women in the wrestling industry.  So often we hear the term "women's revolution", but the reality is, women still lack the same opportunities for exposure as their male counterparts.   On a typical independent card, women average one match, if any at all.  Shows that are exclusively women are often billed as special attractions.  Our goal is to show the world that the amazing women in this industry are as capable of carrying a card as men are.  We are hear to help EMPOWER the  next generation of female talent!
