Kasey Catal has won the random drawing to determine Alex Gracia's opponent in the semi finals of the Empower Championship Tournament. Despite what some social media sites may suggest, the drawing was totally random and fair and conducted under the strictest of oversights in order to maintain the integrity of the tournament.
